Welcome to Meridian Daily. In these Terms, “Meridian Daily,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this store, identified on our Contact Information page.
We operate this website and its related content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, govern your use of the Services and your purchases from us. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Access and Accounts
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.
If you create an account, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your login details. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell or transfer your account to another person.
2. Products and Product Information
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
Follow the product instructions, including any fitting, use, and care guidance. General information on this website is not individualized medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items.
An automatic order-received email acknowledges receipt and does not by itself confirm acceptance. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the items, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unsupported shipping address, or a material pricing error. If we do so, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.
We will not substitute a different product or increase the agreed price without your consent.
Contact support@meridiandaily.co promptly to request a cancellation or change. We will confirm whether it is still possible to stop fulfilment.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, without limiting your statutory rights.
Products are offered for personal or household use. Please contact us before ordering for commercial resale.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
The price applicable to your order is the price shown when you place it, subject to the error-handling provisions in Section 12.
Currency, applicable taxes, and any delivery charges we collect will be displayed before you submit your order.
Any applicable import duties or clearance charges payable separately by you will be disclosed before purchase. We will not require you to pay an undisclosed import or clearance charge as a condition of receiving your order.
Promotions may have additional conditions disclosed with the offer. Those conditions apply to that promotion but do not override mandatory consumer rights.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping destinations, charges, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and procedures for delivery problems are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations concerning your order. Handing a package to a carrier does not by itself end our responsibility to you.
If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. Where your consent is required to continue waiting, we will obtain it or cancel and refund the unshipped order.
If a package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, as described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Content on the Services is owned by Meridian Daily or used with permission from its owners, except where otherwise indicated. Applicable intellectual property laws protect that content.
You may browse the website, share links, and retain copies of your own order information for personal use. Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.
Meridian Daily branding may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement. Shopify and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional Third-Party Tools
Some features may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms.
We do not control every aspect of third-party tools and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability. Please review the relevant provider’s terms before using an optional tool.
This section does not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law or for our own conduct.
8. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites. Such links do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent conduct, subject to applicable law.
Our use of a supplier, carrier, or other service provider to fulfil your order does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Meridian Daily is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Meridian Daily.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Meridian Daily, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Meridian Daily.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information to operate and provide its services. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed by service providers in countries other than your country of residence, as explained in the relevant privacy policies.
11. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
You retain ownership of reviews and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content to operate and promote the store, including through service providers acting on our behalf.
We will not edit a review in a way that materially changes its meaning or remove a review solely because it is negative.
You must have the rights necessary to submit your content and disclose any incentive or compensation connected with a review. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or contain another person’s private information without permission.
We may remove content that violates these requirements. We are not obligated to pay for unsolicited suggestions or treat them as confidential.
Personal information included in submissions remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We may correct typographical errors or inaccurate information on the Services.
If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain it. We will not charge a higher price or provide a materially different item without your consent.
If the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as agreed, we may cancel the affected items and promptly refund the amount paid, subject to applicable law.

- Submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.

Automated access is permitted only where authorized by us or made available through an authorized feature, and remains subject to Section 14 and any applicable platform requirements.

An Agent may access the Services only where permitted under Section 13. Compliance with this section does not itself grant permission to access the Services.
Agents must identify themselves accurately, including their agent name in the user-agent string for HTTP or HTTPS requests where applicable. They must not impersonate a human, provide false information about their identity, bypass CAPTCHAs, or circumvent access restrictions.
We may limit or stop Agent access. Users must ensure that any Agent acting for them has authorization to carry out the requested actions and complies with these Terms.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements.
Termination does not remove your accrued rights concerning an existing order, including any applicable refund rights, or our obligations concerning that order.
Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
16. Website Availability and Warranties
We take reasonable care in providing the Services but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free of technical errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties about website availability that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes applicable product warranties, obligations to supply products as described, or mandatory rights concerning product quality, safety, or fitness for purpose.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was made.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section does not limit your entitlement to refunds or other remedies under our policies or applicable law.
18. Responsibility for Your Conduct
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses arising directly from your fraud, deliberate unlawful use of the Services, or infringement of a third party’s rights.
This does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.
19. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
20. Waiver and Entire Agreement
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the policies they reference, and the information agreed when you purchase govern the relevant use of the Services and purchases.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for misleading statements or removes rights arising from information or representations that are legally binding.
21. Assignment
You may not transfer your contractual obligations without our consent unless applicable law permits it.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, provided this does not reduce your existing consumer rights. We will give notice where required by law.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute concerning them are subject to the laws applicable under the relevant conflict-of-laws rules, including mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections or access to courts that applicable law gives you.

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing order without your agreement, unless required by law.
